We had an issue with a hairstylist, and she was able to talk to them and help us get a refund in less than 12 hours. The wedding day was perfect. Her team decorated the venue with so much eye for detail. She also designed our wedding website, signage, and much of our decor, and it was exactly what we wanted. The wedding day was perfectly smooth, despite the snow. It was such a joyful, perfect day. Many of my friends and family remarked on how incredible Jaylynn and her team were. “my photography group was outstanding!! sherri and her group were open to my creativity and loved the poses I wanted to randomly throw in!! there are 2 girls and 2 guys so nothing was missed on my special day!! the positivity that came from them all was amazing talk about a hype team!! also I booked her very early so she dealt with me for a year and a half and was very attentive to all my changes wants and needs!! she also worked with me on payments. also my husband and I are both plus size people and they made sure all of our good angles were in the shot!! I was only able to upload 6 photos and that was just not enough to show how amazing these pictures are!! I can't wait to get my videos back!! oh yeah they also do those to!!!”
