“I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Loulu Palms along with Nickie and Ashley. We had our wedding here 9/19/24 and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From the very beginning (I booked them in September of 2023) they were extremely prompt with responses and any questions I had they were so helpful with answering. Nickie was wonderful throughout the entire process. The venue/ grounds speak for itself because come on you can see how incredibly gorgeous it already is but yet somehow they found a way to make it even more stunning and made my wedding vision come to life. They have everything you need to rent and could want, and if they don't they can easily direct you to where you can. They made everything from rehearsal, to set up, to day of so incredibly easy and smooth. I 10/10 recommend them and would get married here all over again if I could. Now onto Ashely. I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT HAVE made it through my wedding week/ day without her. From our first conversation on the phone while I was deciding which day of coordinator to go, we clicked immediately. Whenever I reached out with a mini crisis or question through out the entire process she was so quick to respond and was so incredibly helpful no matter what it was about. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single second of our wedding because I knew she was there handling everything. She understood my vision and executed it PERFECTLY. You can tell some people are made to be in this industry and she with her beautiful soul is absolutely one of them. She's such a gem of a human. I promise you, you will NOT regret going with Nickie, Ashely, and the entire Ohana at Loulu Palm. We cannot wait to go back and visit.”

Sunny was warm and welcoming, she seemed like she really wanted to get to know me and my fiancé. She set up a Zoom call to chat with us and to learn about our love story so she could be sure to capture us in the way(s) in which were important to us. COVID cancelled our original wedding but Sunny was AMAZING. Not only did she work to reschedule with us, but she went above and beyond to let us know that she was there for us through all the stress. She even sent us a small care package to let us know she was thinking of us and cared about us! All of this care before we had even met her face to face!! “Seriously, you need Annie. I am such a type A person that I thought maybe I didn’t need a wedding planner, but from the first consultation with Annie we decided immediately we needed her. She added value from day one, and saved me from making a horrible venue mistake. She knows everyone, all the vendors, and who’s the best fit for you and your wedding vision. What she doesn’t know (which is rare) she figures out - for example, I had a request to have a magician, a friend cleanse the space with sage smudging, and a sound healer at our wedding, and she handled all my unique requests so well and was up for anything. She is very detail oriented and pays attention to everything- all our bills being correct, caught mistakes I made, and paid attention to all my strange requests. Most weddings are full of some strange interpersonal dynamic challenges, and Annie knew exactly how to navigate each one, paid special attention to the dynamic issues with my family and was fully ready and prepped to keep certain people happy and apart. She dealt with last minute changes seamlessly, including a no-show bridesmaid and last minute addition of a flower girl. There is no one I trusted more with my wedding (and at this point my life, I mean, can I keep her?!!) than Annie. On my wedding day and for months leading up to it I knew that whatever happened to go wrong, whatever last minute issues I would have, Annie would handle it and figure it out and I would barely know the difference. “DJ Roman Candles was excellent! He pulled off a set that was beyond our wildest dreams. We had a brief phone meeting a week before the wedding about how we wanted the vibe to be and he pulled it off perfectly. Us and our guests were blown away by his performance. After the wedding, all of our guests were raving how awesome he was! He blended all of our requested genres. The transitions between genres and between songs were spot on! He had all of our guests up and dancing. Our wedding coordinator said he was very easy to work and communicate with. He was very organized and had all the equipment we needed. He also took care of the emcee duties and did an awesome job! He had an app we could use to upload all of our song requests. We found it very useful for organizing the songs we wanted played at each part of the night. He totally killed it and we could not imagine anyone doing better. 10/10. “Megan flew from Oahu to the Big Island to shoot our wedding in Kona back in January and I have only good things to say about her. She was so sweet and easy to work with through the whole process. We met with her on a call before the wedding to discuss our vision and she was able to help me narrow down our packed shot list and schedule for the day. Of course things don't go as planned the day of and she was flexible when we had a few changes during get ready photos. My husband has captured many of our moments on film so it was important to us that we found a photographer who shot film for our wedding photos. Megan did offer to shoot a mix of film and digital but we both agreed that the feel of film was what we were looking for. Megan took such amazing care to capture all the big and little moments from our day. Within a couple weeks Megan delivered over 500 images to us in a digital photo album for us to download. “We chose Hilton Hawaiian Village because it was a very beautiful premises and the middle ground in the spectrum of our venue choices. Simply due to factors of budget and a size of around 80 guests, building up a garden to spec from scratch or a simple restaurant wouldn't have worked for us. Working with HHV and specifically Alma Hamamoto made it super easy. We had a destination wedding coming from California and she made it super easy to plan because she knew all the right thorough questions to ask as we were sharing our vision. Even when we didn't have much of an idea, Alma was very clear about what HHV could offer. We visited once in the middle of planning and a second time the week of the wedding to clarify all the details and we knew we were in very good hands. All the staff and vendors that HHV partner with like Cover2Cover are wonderful and go the extra mile. Even when there were strikes on premises and we couldn't use the original beachfront patio we wanted for the reception, all the staff were alert and ready with a full backup plan which speaks to their profound professionalism. They were also generous to help with costs and include extra decor. You have to expect dynamic situations when planning your wedding and I'm grateful the entire team is also flexible. So we were able to have a perfect Hawaiian wedding by following a timeline and weekly checklist, having a few family and church friends help out coordinating, and working with Alma and the wonderful team there at HHV.”

“Where do I even begin?! From communication to execution, everything was utter perfection. From the start, Brittany listened to my elopement vision (sometimes crazy) and gave her recommendations and expertise. The day before the forecast called for rain so she helped brainstorm other locations in the event we couldn't hike, but *thankfully* it did not rain and we met at the base of the mountain the next day about an hour before sunrise for a sunrise ceremony! Not only did she drive a way to get to the mountain, she hiked up with us, and took epic pictures at the top and back down at a cove. Pictures were sent back to us super quickly and were STUNNING! My friends and family still talk about our pictures to this day (3 years later). They even turned out better than our large family friend's wedding back home. If you are looking for an adventure shoot, elopement, wedding, bridal, engagement, or whatever, DON'T hesitate to book Brittany. She is the BEST!”
