Our 2000 sqft event space was once home to an old ambulance company, and it has been transformed into a unique and versatile venue for all your special occasions. St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (aka Old St. Andrew's) was designed by architect Robert S. Schuyler in the Gothic Revival style. Schuyler also designed St. Peter's Church in Fernandina, built in 1881, as well as chapels in Waldo, Fairbanks, Pablo Beach, and Lake Santa Fe. St. Andrew's was built in 1887 on a single level using brick masonry and contained a massive front corner tower with louvered belfry and steep spire roof. It stood at 317 Florida Avenue, now 317 A. Phillip Randolph Boulevard. St. Andrew's was the only major church in the city that survived the Great Fire of 1901.

Mandarin Community Club is one of the most historic buildings in Jacksonville built in 1872 under the direction of famed author Harriet Beecher Stowe. It is widely recognized now as the oldest civic organization in Mandarin and dedicated to preservation and beautification and educational efforts in the community. The magnificent oaks surrounding the Club are part of the Scenic and Historic Corridor, the first in Jacksonville.

The Glass Factory is a historical, industrial event space built in 1936. It's the perfect place to hold your next special event.
