The 6,600 square ft main floor offers a well-lit, but dimmable space, heated concrete floors and a large ash wood dance floor. Above the dance floor is a loft for musicians or DJs. The beautiful live edge bar area includes everything you'll need except the booze and the bar tender. It has a two keg kegerator with built in wall mount taps and an icemaker. The spacious, full service kitchen has everything but the caterer and the lease includes all tables and chairs. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft with central air.
