She was prompt over email and always answered her phone. When I didn’t know what the arrangement would look like she invited me to her studio to look at vases, stands, dry products, greenery, and flowers to make sure that I was an informed consumer. Erika was also flexible and accommodating in regards to transportation - we had two venues: a venue for the ceremony and a venue for the reception. For example, when the two tallest arrangements we had needed to be secured physically to the stands we used, Erika went above and beyond to come up with a plan to transport the arrangements from the ceremony venue to the reception venue.
