I decided in May of 2023 to pursue my dream of being a full time caterer after being laid off from my full time job. I'm from Statesville, NC. I've been in the kitchen cooking since I was a kid. I grew up with a family of cooks. My grandmother was a head chef for 32 years at a mom and pops restaurant and cooking with her on the weekends when I visited her is where discovered my passion and real love for southern homestyle food. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
