“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with our wedding venue! Our wedding day truly was perfect, and Teresa and her entire staff played such a huge part in making it so special. From setup, to helping throughout the entire wedding day, to tear down, they were there every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we could actually relax and enjoy our day. Teresa was absolutely amazing. She is so kind, caring, and genuinely goes above and beyond for her couples. She did so much more than we ever could have imagined, and we are incredibly grateful for all of her help and support. Having a venue team that is so hands-on, helpful, and invested in making your day special made such a difference for us. We felt so taken care of from start to finish, and we will always be thankful for everything Teresa and her staff did to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. We would recommend this venue and Teresa to anyone planning their wedding! We truly could not have asked for a better experience.”

“We had our wedding here and overall had a beautiful experience! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and really speaks for itself—you truly don’t need to do much decorating to make it feel special. There are beautiful outdoor spaces, plenty of room for guests, and so many great spots for photos. We loved having so many options for both our wedding party and couple portraits. The downstairs getting-ready area is also very spacious, which was a huge plus for our wedding party. One thing to note is that the bridal suite only had a refrigerator, while the groom’s suite did not have one. For food, we ended up choosing the pasta bar. It was good and worked well for our guests, although it wasn’t necessarily the standout part of the meal. We originally considered the beef and chicken options, but after our tastings, we weren’t as impressed with those options and ultimately felt the pasta bar was the better choice for us. One of the biggest conveniences is that the venue can provide a large majority of what you need, which made planning easier. However, I would recommend comparing prices and asking questions about what is included, as some of the add-ons can be quite expensive. We also experienced some confusion throughout the planning process about what was and wasn’t included/provided for certain items. We worked with three different wedding coordinators during the process, so I think some of that may have been due to the coordinator transitions rather than the venue itself. That said, having everything clearly outlined in writing would have made the planning process much easier. We also want to give a huge shoutout to DJ Rick! He was fantastic to work with, very accommodating to some of the fun little requests we had, and did an amazing job keeping the energy up throughout the night. He kept our dance floor going and was a definite highlight of the reception! One other thing we would recommend to future couples is taking the website information with a grain of salt. The venue has changed and updated quite a bit, and we noticed that some of the photos and tour information online were outdated. The venue is even more beautiful in person, but the outdated information did make it a little confusing when trying to plan our décor and envision the space. Overall, we absolutely loved our wedding day and are so happy we chose this venue. There are a few things we would recommend future couples ask about and clarify during the planning process, but the beauty of the venue, the space, the photo opportunities, and the overall experience made it a wonderful place to celebrate our wedding. We would definitely recommend taking a tour and seeing it in person!”

“From the very beginning, the entire team was wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and genuinely kind throughout the entire planning process. Planning our wedding from out of state could have been stressful, but they made everything feel easy and were always willing to answer questions and help however they could. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. It provides such a beautiful foundation that you can transform into whatever vision you have for your wedding. Whether your style is elegant, rustic, romantic, or completely unique, the space works beautifully and lets your personality shine through. One thing we really appreciated was that the venue's policies felt thoughtful and reasonable. We never felt restricted or like we were constantly being told "no." Instead, it felt like they had rules that protected the property while still allowing us the flexibility to create the wedding we wanted. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was. Our out-of-town guests were especially amazed that a place this beautiful even exists. It truly left a lasting impression on everyone who attended. What stood out most, though, was how much the team genuinely cares. You can tell they take pride in the property and are invested in making sure every couple has an incredible experience. We are so grateful we chose The Gardens of Castle Rock and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team behind it.”
