Starting their business in 2013 as planners & designers, their business and passions grew and changed over the years, evolving into full floral design. With 7 years of event planning experience and having done over 250 events since 2013, they understand the behind the scenes of the event planning process and now bring that experience to their floral designs, guiding their couples through important design decisions, like linen colors & table scapes that bring your event style to life.

As the Owner and Chief Designer of Petals & Beyond, I bring a fresh perspective to wedding floral design, meticulously balancing my clients' vision and budget, ensuring each wedding is uniquely tailored to the couple. During the transformative journey of planning and doing the florals of my own wedding, I fell in love with the intricacies of wedding planning and design, thereafter Petals & Beyond was born. My passion for flowers and plants started when I was a child. Growing up in the middle of nowhere was the best thing to allow my imagination to flourish. The school day would end and I would be rushing off the bus to help my grandparents plant seedlings or pick the harvest from the garden. My parents had flower beds and brought the beautiful flowers inside to enjoy as well. I am passionate about being able to replicate flower gardens into a gorgeous design but also creating a unique design just for your day!

My love of Floriculture and Horticulture began when I was young thanks to parents that loved to garden and create breathtaking displays of flowers. That love continued through school and became my passion in college. After gaining a BS from Michigan State University in Horticulture/Floriculture and Landscape Design, I began my career. In 1995, I began Mark Bryan Designs with a eye towards creating unique floral designs for events and weddings.
