“My wedding guests begged for to go plates LOL! My father has been a chef for 40 yrs and absolutely raved about the each and every item on our buffet. I would hire Russo’s to cater any event. The level of professionalism was impeccable! It was such a hectic night and as a bride and groom who did not plan on how to release the tables to the buffet and we were thinking about so much the lead Russo’s caterer for our night took such good care of us. He prepared plates for us AND graciously took care of my 90 yr old grandmother. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. Russo’s went above and beyond for us! Food was delicious!!!”

Our event displays marry upcycled & vintage elements with live botanical arrangements. We limit the extreme waste of event catering by composting and recycling at home & off-site. “Having great food was my husband's number one priority for the wedding. We happen to be vegan and unfortunately if you filter by that here you can see that what many caterer's mean by "we offer vegan food" is "we will make a plate of spaghetti with nothing else for your one vegan guest" and that is the opposite of what we got with Seed Sprout and Spoon. They went above and beyond with our menu! They sent us their menu and we were able to work with them to alter dishes that fit our needs. They can do buffet or plated, we went with buffet because we only had a guest list of about 50 people. For cocktail hour we opted for a pretzel bar with four different dips. Our main meal was a nice hearty salad with fruit and nuts, a creamy polenta with bolognese made with Beyond meat, an absolutely delicious white (cashew cream) lasagna with kale, roasted asparagus, an eggplant/bell pepper caponata, and an assorted bread basket. For dessert we had a cake from another vendor but wanted additional dessert for people who aren't into cake and we went with some mini fruit tarts. Finally we also had our plates/glasses provided by them and they have a beautiful collection of mismatched tableware. Pretty much everyone went back for seconds and I don't think we had a single guest who we saw/spoke to over the next couple of days who didn't comment on how this was some of the best food they've ever had a wedding period. Not just good for vegan food but all around great!”

“Hendri’s catered my October 2022 wedding—Dan was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process of what to expect on the wedding day, what time services started, what type of supplies would be needed/they would provide. Day of, I chatted with the caterers off and on but they handled everything brilliantly and I could focus on the guests and having a great time. I got numerous compliments on how good the food was, my only regret was I didn’t start eating sooner before everyone else got to the food tables (weddings amiright?), but Erin still scrounged up extra spinach puffs just for me (respect).”

“I literally could not even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Olivia her team at Butter. From the first call I knew I'd found THE caterer. We had some crazy menu ideas that did not go together and other caterers had laughed at but I was so grateful for them understanding that we wanted food to feel like us. The communication was amazing. I was have issues with other vendors but always knew the food would be awesome. Little did I know just how awesome it would be. I still have people reach out to me asking who catered our wedding and it has been over 6 months now.
