Catering doesn’t have to be boring, and it shouldn’t be. Business owner Brian Reilly used this philosophy to create something different; a company that takes a fresh approach to the often stale catering market. Relying on skills honed in over 20 years of management, hospitality and special event services, Reilly set out to create a fusion of fresh and interesting foods with artistic and engaging displays. The result was Cured Catering.

We use only the finest and freshest ingredients to create a culinary experience for you and your guests. We prepare and present our art with rustic charm and epicurean finesse.     Cured Catering

    We had such a great experience working with Cured Catering from start to finish. They made communication simple through their personalized web portal, text, and email, which took a lot of stress out of the planning process. What really impressed us was how they went out of their way to create a special entree just for my husband and me, making us feel truly celebrated. The food itself was outstanding—our guests wouldn't stop talking about the quality and flavors throughout the entire reception. Beyond the delicious meal, their team delivered professional service at a fair price, which is hard to find these days. We'd absolutely recommend Cured Catering to any couple looking for a caterer who genuinely cares about making their day special.

    Cured Catering is the BEST!

    I cannot say enough about Cured Catering -- their professional and accommodating staff go above and beyond for every event, and their food is hands down the best! Every event they make is happen timely and seamlessly! I highly recommend Cured Catering!
