“It is not easy planning a destination wedding from out of state, but from the beginning the Heitman House made the process much easier! From the first tour of the venue, through to the end of the wedding when our coordinator, Abigail and staff, boxed up our decor and cleaned up after us, we felt cared about. Their wedding expertise and the availability of using their experienced and reliable vendors (So Eventful, Something Bloomed, King Entertainment) streamlined the process for us. We knew we made the right decision when we visited a large group tasting they offered earlier in the year where we saw, and TASTED, just how capable they are!
The month before the wedding and the day of the wedding the staff at the Heitman House were extremely helpful, promptly communicative, and gave great suggestions for unforeseen weather events like the unusual cold weather Florida was having in January. They offered us heaters to keep our guests comfortable and solved the problem for us before we even arrived that week.
Everything went as planned the day of the wedding, the venue was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food delicious and Abigail had us all in our places to go right on time! Our guests were all so complimentary of the food and beautiful atmosphere!
