Yes, we are a venue only rental.
Yes, valet parking is included in your venue price.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Your venue rental includes exclusive access to the property starting at 12:00pm EST on the day of your event, along with a one-hour ceremony rehearsal the evening prior. Guests will enjoy complimentary valet service for up to 150 attendees. For your reception, Villa del Pavone provides round or rectangle tables for up to 150 guests, table linens and napkins in multiple color options, and a cake table with linen. Ceremony and reception chairs are also included, as well as extra lighting to beautifully illuminate the front of the house.
Your reservation includes 5.5 hours from start to finish of the event.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable.
Yes, we require all events have liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000, as well as, event cancellation insurance.
