“BREATHTAKING! The Park Savoy just so happened to be the very first wedding venue that my husband and I viewed, and from the moment we stepped inside we just knew this was the one - it immediately felt like home. Sam greeted us at the door and never left our side throughout the entire process, from the first tour to the big day. Working with Johanna was an absolute breeze, she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Danny, our Maître D', was outstanding and really kept everything moving like a well-oiled machine; and our amazing team of bridal attendants were truly top-tier. Everyone that we had the pleasure of meeting and working with at The Park Savoy were true professionals and treated us like we were family. No other venue that we toured even compared to how the staff at The Park Savoy made us feel and how absolutely beautiful the venue is, we’d make the decision to choose The Park Savoy again everyday if we could. Having been able to secure our date, Friday, February 14, 2025 (the 4 year anniversary of my husband and I’s first date ), we loved that we were able to have access to the property, especially the bridal suite, for the entire day (MAJOR PLUS imo). From the time that we got to the venue the morning of to the time that we left, our entire bridal party barely had to lift a finger. The system that the staff have in place to communicate with each other throughout the day is like having your own personal secret service, which I absolutely loved and appreciated; again, the entire staff here are outstandingly organized, professional, and just know how things are supposed to be done. All of the food is absolutely delicious, you literally can’t go wrong with any of the selections - the Cocktail hour and Viennese hour are PHENOMENAL! Our wedding guests still talk about the food. *Pro tip: take advantage of the private cocktail hour with your spouse, having this private time to soak everything in and truly enjoy this time was one of my favorite moments of the day* Even when you go back to the venue the morning after, the staff will have all of the extra food - from Cocktail hour, entrees, Viennese hour ( any leftover cake), to anything left over from your “to-go” stations - wrapped up perfectly for you to take back home and enjoy with your partner (it took almost 2 weeks for us to get through all of the extra food). Our entire experience with The Park Savoy was amazing, “thank you” does not even begin to describe how appreciative we are of everything that the PS staff did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. I don’t think we’ll ever truly come down from the cloud nine-feeling that The Park Savoy created for us ️”

Livingston, NJ

Before it became our beloved event venue, the historic Crystal Plaza was originally a residential mansion. While the restored building has since been reincarnated as one of the leading wedding and event spaces in the tri-state area, it still maintains the feeling of its 19th century grandeur. Our impeccable, white-glove service begins the moment you arrive. Crystal Plaza hosts only one event at a time, ensuring that our dedicated team focuses singularly on you and your every need. From the elegant Grand Ballroom boasting numerous chandeliers (how the Crystal Plaza name came to be) to the lush gardens that change beautifully with the seasons, there are myriad backdrops to complement your wedding, social affair or corporate event.

“I originally envisioned a sleek, modern venue, but Crystal Plaza completely changed my mind from the moment we walked in. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were immediately apparent. We had heard amazing things from friends, and after experiencing it ourselves, it was an easy yes. The entire team was incredibly accommodating throughout the planning process and on the day of. Iris was with us from our first tour through the wedding day — always available, supportive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The food was unforgettable (our guests are still texting us about it!), and our maitre’d, Mikhail, along with our bridal and groom attendants, G and Liza, were so thoughtful and on top of every detail. Truly can’t recommend Crystal Plaza enough.”

“Don’t overlook the Short Hills Hilton for your wedding! It was the perfect location for our big day, offering a central gathering spot where our guests didn’t have to worry about traveling throughout the day. We explored several traditional venues, but none felt as right as this one. We had a November wedding and didn’t expect to have an outdoor ceremony, but the hotel’s lovely patio space was a wonderful option, and surprisingly, the noise from the JFK Parkway wasn’t an issue. For our indoor ceremony, the venue features a permanent enclosed tent structure. At first glance, it didn’t seem like much, but with the help of the event coordinator Vivian Cohen’s help and coordination with our florist, the space was transformed into something breathtaking. The reception space was spacious and perfect for our 170 guests—large enough for everyone to feel comfortable but not so big that it felt empty. Guests still rave about the food and service! The chef and maître d' truly deserve all the praise. The hors d’oeuvres were diverse and delicious, from sliders to a pasta bar to sushi. We chose the salmon and short ribs for dinner, which we selected during a private tasting session. The hotel grounds, filled with foliage, were perfect for photos, especially as we were lucky to have beautiful fall colors for our shoot. Victoria at the Hilton was incredibly helpful with coordinating room blocks, hotel room gift bags, and storage. Vivian was a dream to work with—she was welcoming, communicative, and made everything run smoothly. Her checklist was a lifesaver for keeping track of details, and she was hands-on with day-of coordination, ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and helping with the little touches that made everything perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to help make our wedding day unforgettable!”

“Booking our wedding at The Westin Governor Morris was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our big day. We booked 18 months in advance and Christina was incredible to work with—she answered emails right away and we could stop by whenever we wanted to talk through details. Having everyone stay on property meant our guests felt like they were part of something special, and the ballroom itself was stunning with the perfect atmosphere for throwing a party! The food was absolutely incredible, and we loved being able to head straight to the hotel restaurant bar afterward to keep the party going. We did run into a small issue with the hotel rooms, but it was handled. If you're looking for a spacious venue with fantastic service and a seamless experience from start to finish, I'd recommend The Westin Governor Morris without hesitation.”
