We partner with you and your planner in the entire process; rentals assistance, detailed logistics, day-of operations, custom-styled food stations and more. Russ and Conor first met at the University of Rhode Island, where they both earned degrees in Aquaculture and Fisheries. After years of exploring different paths, they decided to combine their love for the ocean, the environment, and entrepreneurship. In 2017, they launched Swell Oyster Company—the first, and still the only, oyster farm in Hampton Harbor, New Hampshire. Today, they’re dedicated to sustainably cultivating premium oysters while enriching the local ecosystem and bringing a fresh, authentic coastal experience to their community.

We're a sister-in-law duo passionate about cooking beautiful and delicious plant-based foods. We got our start hosting our own pop-up dinner events, taking over venues and restaurants around Southern and Mid-coast Maine to serve multi-course vegan dinners.
