Rachael Meader

  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Fairview, OR

Rachael Meader is a full-service florist and designer who transforms a passion for flowers and years of experience into artful, one-of-a-kind creations. Her work is often described as romantic, lush, and organic, blending classic elegance with distinctive, carefully sourced blooms. Inspired by the beauty of nature, she approaches each event as a fresh canvas, crafting designs that are uniquely tailored to the occasion. From intimate weddings to grand, multi-day celebrations, Rachael specializes in bringing floral visions to life with creativity, intention, and a touch of the unexpected.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were so happy with the florals Rachel created for our wedding — they were perfectly in line with the vision, beautiful, and truly elevated the entire day. The value was strong, and she brought a lot of creative problem solving to the table. As a bride aiming for a modern classic vibe, I especially appreciated how Rachel has her finger on the pulse of current floral trends and contemporary approaches. A couple of notes for future couples: Rachel is firm on her timelines, so make sure you’re aware of her deadlines and plan accordingly. We had a miscommunication with our planner around the one-month mark, which caused some stress, but Rachel still worked with us to find a solution. Similarly, when it comes to specific design elements (like installation sizes), I’d recommend leaning into visual mocks and over-communicating to avoid surprises. Rachel is happy to provide them, and it’s worth confirming every detail if something is particularly important to you. All in all, Rachel is a very talented florist who really delivers. She knows what she’s doing, she’s deeply creative, and she’ll deliver a final product that is both stunning and thoughtful. We were thrilled with our flowers and so glad we chose her.

Brier & Ivy outdid themselves with all the florals for our wedding in the Columbia River Gorge in September. We had so many people tell us it was the prettiest wedding they had been to, and the florals played such a big role in that!  Amy and her husband are absolutely amazing - we wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple looking for a florist who delivers the most beautiful, creative designs and is communicative and and helpful in the planning process.

I didn’t care about saving flowers. Nor did I want to spend thousands of dollars for flowers. They arrived the week of the wedding in a box. They put the shipping label in a pocket on the box. I slapped that label back on and sent them on their merry way back. It was the most simplest thing I have ever done. This is the way to do it. They were also gorgeous.

We hired Robyn as our wedding florist, and the florals were absolutely stunning, truly elevating the entire day. Recommended by our venue, she knew the space so well. In the planning process, she talked through our vision and how we might achieve it with seasonal flowers (so helpful since we live in California and are not as familiar with OR spring blooms). She shared photos of her past work to help us really picture it. Robyn also used a simple online platform that helped streamline any changes we made to the order, which we continued to do until the wedding day :) Appreciate the flexibility! Thank you, Robyn, for your artistry and professionalism!

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

Belle Flower Farm

5.0

  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Fairview, OR

Whether a chapter from the classics created in formal black & white or English Garden Romance novel-let's write your Wedding Floral Story together. This day is yours as a couple and should reflect the chapters you have written leading up to it. Your wedding is a lifetime memory in the making. Your flowers & styling carry you & your guests through your celebration-from welcome table to vows, toasts to dancing into the evening. Creating a Wedding Floral Story, unique to each couple, is our Belle Flower Farm joy. Let's get started!

I worked with Pam for my wedding flowers this past summer. From our initial Facetime call, she was incredibly thoughtful and listened to my love story with my (now) husband and what vibe I was interested in for our wedding day. She was very intentional about weaving in flowers that had meaning to our love story - like adding lavender since we had a special date in a lavender field and adding orchids since we got engaged in Hawaii. I am also not familiar with a lot of different types of flowers and she helped provide suggestions for me to consider to tie everything together seamlessly. I absolutely LOVED my bouquet and all the floral arrangements. She captured everything we discussed so perfectly. She has an artistic eye and ability to make your vision become a reality. She is not only a talented florist, but also an incredibly kind and sweet human being. I can't recommend working with her enough.

A Bloom Studio

HI THERE, I’M KIRSTIE! When my hands aren’t full of flowers, you will most likely find me curled up on the couch with a good book + my cat, adventuring around the beautiful West Coast with my husband, or finding treasures at the thrift store. My passion for flowers began as a little girl. I would sit near our family garden & watch the butterflies land on every flower, fascinated with how much beauty each flower had. Years later, while working at my college’s greenhouse, my passion was sparked back to life & I fell in love with every aspect of working with flowers. Growing them, caring for them & designing with them.

Kirstie with A Bloom Studio is amazing to work with! As a photographer who has been in business for 9 years, I can say that she is professional, creative, personable and easy to work with. She takes clients ideas and brings something to life that is absolutely amazing! We did an elopement together at Crate Lake National Park that was a busy and full day. She overdelivered and made sure everything went so smoothly from delivery to set-up, seeing the day through and being a support to the team. She is wonderful to work with, easy to communicate and on top of every aspect for floral creations!

Kim was wonderful to work with. We talked early on and I shared my Pinterest board to show her my vision and exactly what I was looking for. She put together a quote based on that, made recommendations, asked all the right questions so I didn't forget things, etc. As we got closer she showed me pics of the actual flowers the week of the wedding so I could tell her exactly what I did or didn't want. I felt included in the process but not in an overbearing way. She took the input I gave her and ran with it and created the most beautiful masterpieces! They brought the whole event together, gave it just beautiful touches everywhere you looked, it was just simply amazing! Go with Kim, you will not be disappointed!
