This family-run food trailer brings the same passion and care that started with Charlie’s Frozen Treat Shop into a mobile experience that makes every stop feel special. From the mountains to local events, the trailer is a hub for handcrafted frozen desserts and cozy drinks. I live in New Castle, CO with my husband and two wild little boys. We love to go Jeeping and camping whenever we can! I’ve been creating wedding cakes for over 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in February of 2025. It’s truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a part of such meaningful events in people’s lives.
