My name is Melanie Wideman and I am the owner and designer at A Little Slice of Heaven Bakery. I grew up in a family that prided itself in making delicious meals from scratch. As a child, I enjoyed helping my mother in the kitchen as she made her delicious pies and delectable pound cakes. My favorite tasks, after helping my mom get the baked goods in the oven, were licking the bowl and playing with the scraps of leftover pie dough to create unique ‘works of art’.
