“Hailey played a huge role in making sure my wedding day ran smoothly, and she executed everything perfectly! We had clarified logistics for the day-of timeline through a couple of phone call check ins the weeks leading up to the wedding, and had a successful venue walk through that made sure myself, Hailey, and the venue event manager were all on the same page for everything from big picture concepts to the smallest details. Hailey provided so much support when we had to make a last minute switch to an indoor ceremony due to a hurricane, but she was able to pivot quickly and efficiently to make sure each part of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception was set up in the best way possible while also making sure vendors, like our catering team, were comfortable in the new set-up.
