Custom pricing is based on your guest count, event type, and day of the week. All bookings include cleaning, same-day event insurance, and required security for events over 100 guests. We require licensed, insured bartenders for alcohol service—no shots allowed and no service to guests under 21. A $500 damage deposit is held and released after post-event inspection. Additional services like full trash removal and enhanced décor can be added from our preferred vendor list we provide once we have a "Save The Date. West Milford Farm is named for Lightner West, who built the historic home around 1900 and the Milford family, who have lived here since the 1930s.
