Terrain at Styer's, is located on the historic site of J. Franklin Styer's nursery, a Philadelphia landmark for over 100 years. With over five acres of everchanging blooms and greenery combined with a variety of historic spaces, the property serves as a stunning setting for celebrations of all kinds for up to 110 people. In addition to our bespoke event spaces, Terrain at Styer’s boasts a terrain retail store and Terrain Cafe. Terrain at Styer's is located just 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia at 914 Baltimore Pike Glen Mills, PA 19342.

Constructed in 1932, this vintage barn oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands – a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies – and a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. The recently completed renovation brings contemporary comfort and energy efficiency to a setting that still retains its authentic character. For weddings and private celebrations, the “big red barn” opens onto beautiful outdoor spaces for garden ceremonies and cocktails, while the interior is scaled for dinner and dancing for as many as 175 guests.

Eagle Manor is a pre-colonial waterfront estate built in 1736 that boasts 10 bedrooms with fireplaces and marble bathrooms. The acres of waterfront lawn are ideal for wedding ceremonies while the expansive 2300 sq. ft. river deck is perfect for cocktail hours. Our cathedral size historic dairy barn is ideal for rustic receptions. Eagle Manor is more picturesque than most parks, with peacocks and other ornamental birds roaming the grounds. Great images can be taken from the river deck, the waterfront lawn, the historic dairy barn, and any number of our freshwater ponds. Our spacious grounds do not limit your guest count and give the perfect background to your celebration.

Cecil Creek Farm is a 42-acre organic farm with a wedding barn in the Southern New Jersey area. The rustic barn features barnboard interior walls with vintage green shutters on the inside of the windows. The venue offers multiple outdoor or indoor settings for ceremony and cocktail hour before heading into the barn for dinner and dancing! This working organic vegetable and flower farm provides couples with two beautiful horses in a sunset-filled pasture overlooking the pond and galvanized windmill to take pictures before heading inside for their reception. The venue is located roughly 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with plenty of hotels/ inns for overnight guest accommodations nearby!
