I know that sounds like an exaggeration but the team at Vail Resorts really did save our wedding. My partner and I were originally planning on a destination wedding and when we had to very quickly shift those plans -- four months before our wedding date -- the team made everything so seamless, were so accommodating, and made us feel supported. The communication is quick and they never hesitate to talk through questions. We're so thankful we ended up working with them!

We celebrated our wedding on May 30, 2026, at Elkwood Manor, and from the very first tour, we knew this was the perfect place for our special day. Jim and Odilia are truly exceptional hosts. Their passion for what they do shines through in everything they do. Since we were planning from out of state, having such attentive, responsive, and organized hosts was amazing. They promptly answered every question, provided guidance when we needed advice, and worked closely with us to bring our vision to life. We stayed onsite with our family, and everyone was impressed by their hospitality, attention to detail, cleanliness of the venue, and the breathtaking views surrounding the property. Every area of Elkwood Manor serves up stunning scenery, making the entire experience feel magical. The food deserves special recognition. The menu options were outstanding, and every dish was delicious. Odilia is truly a master in the kitchen, and our guests continue to talk about their meal. Our wedding day was flawless. Their "Dream Team" absolutely lived up to its name. They set everything up even more beautifully than we imagined, provided seamless and efficient food service, kept everything spotless throughout the evening, and worked behind the scenes to ensure every transition happened effortlessly. Whether it was moving tables to open the dance floor or attending to the many details we never even noticed, they handled it all with professionalism and genuine kindness. Jim kept the celebration going behind the bar, and the vibe was perfect all evening. We used our own Spotify playlists, and the sound quality at the venue was great. The thoughtful touches they included—from the ceremony livestream for loved ones who couldn't attend to the countless little details throughout the day—made our wedding feel incredibly personal and special just as we wanted. We cannot thank Jim, Odilia, and their entire team enough for making our ceremony and reception everything we dreamed of and more. If you're considering Elkwood Manor, don't hesitate! You’ll be in caring, capable hands and surrounded by the incredible beauty of Pagosa Springs. We are beyond grateful for the memories they helped us create and will cherish them forever!
