Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

“We arranged to have the Tuck-ins team come to our wedding to set up a table with small fire stations and Tuck-ins so that our guests could roast their own s'mores as a fun, interactive dessert. All of my guests loved them and they were also able to take some home if they wanted to save one for later. Additionally, working with the Tuck-ins team was great; they're very responsive and were even able to customize the labels on the Tuck-ins to have our names and wedding date on them. It was truly a unique part of our wedding and I think everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommend!”
