“The Garden Ballroom was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. Their communication was pretty good, with a couple of minor issues getting in touch at times, but overall they were very responsive and helpful. The quality of their work and the value they provided was incredible - the space was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. They went above and beyond in a few ways, like serving Cuban coffee (which was perfect since I married into a Cuban family) and even making sure my mom, who wasn't originally planned to walk down the aisle, was able to do so last minute. The staff was great and made sure our whole day ran smoothly. We loved our experience at The Garden Ballroom and would recommend them 10 out of 10. I'm especially grateful they made sure to include my mom, as she sadly passed away just 4 months later.”

She was always available to meet or answer questions and was there for us from the planning to the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding to the Sunday morning brunch. Thanks to Lauren and Gissele who helped many of our guests with their hotel arrangements and were always quick to increase our room block. The day of coordinator, Michelle, was efficient and her positive, upbeat attitude made the wedding day go as smoothly as possible.
