She was so responsive and always one step ahead, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless! Terrence is hands down the best maître d’ in the business. He made sure we always had a drink in our hands, reminded us to eat, kept us hydrated, and ensured we actually got to enjoy our wedding. He somehow managed to be everywhere at once, and to top it all off, he ended the night on the dance floor serving cannolis to our guests! His energy and genuine care made such a difference. Tracey was the absolute best bridal attendant we could have asked for. She was there for anything and everything we needed and constantly checked in on both the bridal party and the groomsmen since everyone was getting ready in the suites. Everyone loved her, and she made the entire day feel so relaxed and stress-free. The updated bridal and groom suites are absolutely stunning. My sister-in-law even had her 2-month-old baby with her, and there was more than enough room to create a quiet little corner for them without feeling crowded. It worked out perfectly, and everyone had plenty of space to get ready comfortably.
