Heartland of Versailles offers three packages for your wedding experience: Elopement, Small Weddings and Traditional Weddings. All packages include use of both the home for dressing and photographs and gorgeous outdoor grounds. Beautiful 5000 sq. ft. wedding barn with indoor heating and air conditioning. Our property includes an outdoor pavilion space connected to the barn for those couples who wish to have their ceremony outside and reception indoors. Rainy wedding day? That’s no issue! We have enough seating for 200 guests and include table linens and use of our in house decorations for free with your venue rental.

The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.

This is a working farm, with many animals. We have a mix of very old (log house and tobacco barn) with a new kitchen area and restrooms, on public water and sewer. The unique and picturesque country setting is just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There is a circa 1800’s barn with exposed post and beam construction, a historic log cabin, a newly constructed Sugar Shack with modern men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, a bar area and a small dining hall. The beautiful large lawn areas are adjacent to the buildings and are appropriate for use as an outdoor ceremony site. We even have a portable white wedding arbor ready to decorate.
