Between Jeff and I, we have four adult children, all of whom followed their own destinies and now live in different states. This is one of those moments that I look around my house and am thankful for all the framed art I have of them throughout the years, each one with a special memory attached to it. Once I had kids, my camera never left my hand. Special events, holidays, family get-togethers, and everyday life, I wanted to have them all documented.

I decided to become a wedding photographer simply because I love telling stories with my camera and capturing the loving moments, the smiles, the laughter of a couple’s special day. It is a privilege to witness a wedding day unfold before me… from the anticipation of the bride or groom getting ready, to the moment when the couple first sees each other, to the final good-byes. Every week, I am lucky enough to witness a new celebration, a new beginning; and through my photography, I am able to make a real difference in the lives of the people that I meet. What could be more exciting!

I’d be happy to talk your ear off about personality types when you have five hours to spare. I love all things related to personality, birth order, human behavior - all that jazz.
