Keep the Bouquet was created when I was a bride myself. I struggled with having to pay the outrageous cost for flowers, and the thought of tossing not only the flowers, but my money away as well. I wanted something my bridesmaids and I could keep forever, so I decided to create my own personalized brooch bouquet that was more meaningful and sentimental than flowers. My business began when I was 15 in high school, making prom boutonnières and corsages for my class. God has blessed it since then, as it grew quickly! Over 7 years later, it has been my full time job for 3 years, I now have a team of assistants, and it continues to be my passion. I have been featured in bridal magazines, Brides of Houston, Brides of Austin, Brides of San Antonio, Voyage Austin, completed dozens of weddings, formed an LLC and received my Texas State Floral Association certification. Hello, I’m a second generation floral designer who would’ve never thought about designing florals especially doing hair for many years. After relocating from Nashville, Tn I had this amazing idea of wanting to encourage and delivery smiles with flowers. I never looked back. It all started with her brother's wedding. Lien had agreed to craft the floral arrangements for his big day. It went so well that she found herself preparing weekly floral arrangement at their church for the next 12 years. Soon after, Lien committed herself to her career by pursuing classes taught by florist Frankie Shelton, AIFD, & became a certified Texas Floral Designer & member of the American Institute of Floral Designers. She then launched her dream business in 2006, Prestige Events. It began as a small flower shop but evolved into a thriving business.
