“We’d get married all over again just to have the feast they prepared for us! Stationary spreads of appetizers, we had the charcuterie cones and some passed appetizers too while we did our photos. Then we had a delicious feast of salads, entrees, lots of sides, and we loved choosing a company where we could get our table rentals, our servers, and our bartenders all together. They all worked really well together and we could really see the importance of hiring one company for a seamless night after we saw how well the event flowed and how they handled everything. 10’s all day long!”

Our wedding cakes were phenomenal. We chose blueberry lemon and marble cake, and both were huge hits. The blueberry lemon cake was light, fresh, and full of flavor, while the marble cake was rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. We honestly couldn't have picked better flavors. The dessert bar was another crowd favorite, offering something for everyone. There was such a great variety of treats that guests kept going back for more. “Manis & Co. absolutely exceeded our expectations at my daughter’s wedding reception and played a huge role in making the day such a success. One of our biggest concerns when planning the reception was ensuring that guests with food allergies would have safe and delicious meal options. Manis & Co. handled this flawlessly. Our guests with dietary restrictions were able to enjoy both the appetizers and dinner with confidence, which meant so much to our family. The food presentation was inviting and reflected the same level of care and attention to detail that went into the menu itself. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire event, ensuring that guests felt well taken care of from start to finish. During our final planning meeting about 30 days before the wedding, Kristen confidently told us that they had never run out of food. We joked that our guest list might put that claim to the test! Our venue did not have a kitchen, making a buffet our only option, and we initially had concerns about how it would compare to a plated meal. Manis & Co. completely changed our perspective. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.”
