The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.

32 West Eighth is housed in one of the most architecturally distinguished buildings in Erie. Original woodwork, plaster-relief ceilings, and marble-blocked corridors provide a truly unique venue for your special day. The Grand Ballroom opens up to two-story tall columns which draw your eye to the festive plaster relief ceiling. Front is the stage where you can dine with a view of the festivities. The Ballroom's floor is a suspended hardwood that allows you to dance the night away! While larger than the Grand Ballroom, Arcadia gives a more intimate feel with a lower ceiling and stone columns with flickering "candles". The Peacock Fountain and Fireplace add a quaint, old-world charm to the space and is perfect for themed events. Butler's Grand Ballroom at Cornerstone Commons is located in downtown Butler, PA. It resides in a century old building that was originally designed by Thayer Architects of New Castle. Construction on the building was completed in early 1906. Upon arriving at Butler's Grand Ballroom, a golden elevator ride will transport you to third floor where elegance surrounds you with a timeless design of days gone by. Sixteen foot high coffered ceilings with gold egg and dart moldings, ten foot tall windows with oak trim and Williamsburg brass chandeliers provide a fairytale setting for your intimate wedding.
