From start to finish, our DJ Andy Jimenez was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was prompt, responsive, and incredibly organized. Their planning app made it so easy for us to input our song choices for each moment of the day, leave notes, and answer any key questions. By the time we had our final meeting with Andy, we felt completely at ease knowing that all of our music, sound, and performances were in expert hands. We had a family member as our main MC, and Andy was so flexible in collaborating with them, stepping in seamlessly when needed. We also added a photobooth and CO2 bubbles through Xclusive Deejays, both were huge hits! “Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. “Laura was amazing to work with! She was always quick to reply during the planning process and arrived on time day of. I had several issues arise day of the wedding with the hotel making for a chaotic morning but she was super patient with me and did a great job of easing my nerves. It was the best having someone in my corner hyping me up. She did an incredible job on my hair and makeup - I have never felt so beautiful! My trial run was stunning and day of was somehow even better than that. My mom and two of my bridesmaids also had her do their hair and makeup and they also loved their looks. We all looked amazing the entire night. The only thing I would change is that I wish I would have asked her advice when planning where we were getting ready! The carriage house at Howey is so, so small and does not have the best lighting but Laura brought her own light and still managed to make us all look fantastic! I hope to work with her again in the future!”

“Danny Garcia is a legend of a DJ. He was recommended to us by our venue staff (who had selected him for their own wedding!), and we could not be happier with our decision to go with him. During the planning process, he has an app for couples to use which has everything to help the day run smoothly and to help curate the vibes for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance floor. He is also quick to respond and helpful for any questions you have throughout the entire planning process, and during planning meetings, he goes over both big picture ideas and small details you wouldn’t have considered to make the day flow well. On the day of the wedding, he had perfect transitions during ceremony music, and he edits songs with seamlessly when needed. As an MC, he was so engaging with guests, he made the order of events flow without us having to think or worry about anything, and he brought the energy to another level. The dance floor was a huge highlight of the night for us and for all of our guests—two months out from our wedding day, we still have friends and family compliment how energetic and fun the dance floor was compared to other weddings they have been to. He truly knows how to read the crowd and tailor the setlist to match the energy of the couple and guests. If we had to redo our wedding day a thousand times, we would pick Danny every single time. He’s the best in the business, and we would recommend him to anyone getting married who wants a personalized, flawless, professional DJ experience. “We were so impressed by 505 media and their quick responses and quality of photo/video they took! From the initial phases of planning, they were quick to respond and eager to help in the planning process of making sure timelines were manageable. They were able to capture all of the milestones during the day and were even willing to hop on our party bus when we wanted footage of the wedding party driving around! We were so impressed by how quick the photos were delivered! We received a text while on our honeymoon the week after our wedding that our edited photos were done and one week later we received all our pictures! You don’t hear that often from photography companies! We also watched our wedding video trailer today (which was delivered in less than 2 months from our wedding) and can’t stop watching it! I would recommend 505 media to anyone!!”
