I already knew how to bake cakes, but wanted to learn how to decorate them so that I could create cakes that were not only delicious, but beautiful. After taking cake decorating classes at a local craft store I fell in love with the decorating aspect of the craft. Once family and friends tasted the cakes/cupcakes, the idea of turning the hobby into a business was launched.
