The outdoor site affords expansive views of the golf course, tall grasses, and pond. Indoor receptions can be held in the ballroom, which has a maximum capacity of 180 guests with a dancefloor. It also has an attached patio, which is excellent for cocktail hour or general mingling.

The Vienna Volunteer Fire Department rents out its meeting hall to individuals, local businesses, community groups and organizations. All proceeds from this rental are used to support the department's operations. The Community Hall is available for rent on most Mondays through Saturdays and is an excellent venue for Wedding Receptions, Children’s Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, or Business Conferences. (The hall is not available on Sundays due to our weekly Bingo Fundraiser.)
