The Catalyst team strives to make every event not only special but safe as well. The restaurant is in a lab building equipped with industrial Air Handler and Exhaust Air Handler Units. Our building is fed 100% outside air through a multifilter system which include MERV 8 prefilters and MERV 15 final filters at the rooftop units. When the air hits each floor, it is filtered again through a MERV 13 filter at the floor distribution boxes. Our top priority is to ensure your safety and the safety of your guests while dining at Catalyst.
