“So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.”

Our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous everything was, and the photos turned out unreal because the backdrop is just that good. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was our coordinator Crystal. She was an absolute angel from start to finish. Crystal went above and beyond in every possible way — organized, calm, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She answered every question, anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had, and handled everything seamlessly so we could truly relax and enjoy our wedding day. Our journey to our wedding at Churon started with a beautiful tour of the venue from Courtney, who patiently answered all our questions and provided us with invaluable information about hosting a wedding at their venue. She passed us to Vanessa, who graciously answered even more questions, provided reassurance, and made us feel like we were home with a friend when we met with her for our final venue meeting. The front desk staff were welcoming and patient all of the many times I called for an update on guests who had booked rooms for the wedding. The servers, bar tenders, and staff setting up and taking down the event made our wedding festivities seamless. In addition, the appetizers, dinner, and wine were FABULOUS! On our final morning after locking ourselves out of our hotel room, my husband and I discovered that the Churon team had surprised us with a BEAUTIFUL welcome sign for our wedding in the lobby of the hotel, and they gave it to us to take home! We felt like this venue was not only more affordable than other wineries in the area, but the whole experience from start to finish made us feel like we were staying in a 10-star hotel. “Well , where to begin with this review, CRC Ranch, you will forever hold a special place in our hearts, my newly wed wife and myself couldn’t have asked for anything better , it really felt like a fairy tale wedding, Tracy, Tobie, Alex our florist , and the whole CRC crew were the and are the best, no hiccups at all, they truly run like a well oiled machine, it’s so hard to write how great they are on a review, you truly have to trust their vision and coordination, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING , they not only made us feel calm and at ease, they provided a feeling that cannot be matched, such a natural high that you want to relive each day after living it for that special day of ours, from day one of stepping on the property, Tracy, Tobie , and Nick made us feel like we were at home, allowed us to roam the property and get familiar with the grounds, we ultimately landed on the Ranch House , Barn wedding, and we loved it 100% , loved it so much we wish we had more time to enjoy with our family and loved ones the night of, Tracy and Tobie were really transparent and made the process of everything so smooth to where we had little to no stress at all working with them, the experience we had here at CRC Ranch was the best, the food from their vendor they provide was so good, We want to send a special thank you to James and Lorena at Red tail Catering, they were Highly recommended by Tracy and her staff, and they did not disappoint, everyone remembers the food and still speaks to us about how great it tastes still when we get together with our loved ones, to continue on how great The whole CRC Ranch staff were , they were professional, very mindful of our wants and needs, they give you the feeling your looking for when planning and coordinating a wedding, we love them so much we want to plan a Horseback ride with some of our loved ones very soon just to be back on the property where our love story as one began, thank you once again to The whole CRC Ranch family, we cherish you for all you have done for us, can’t wait to see you all soon once again . Fairview Green River

“I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial information, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn’t want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn’t afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment—and I’m so glad I did. At the time, we didn’t have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn’t pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food—and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table—such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair—much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.”

“The team and the views were absolutely incredible — we would choose this venue again in a heartbeat!!! Now for the details — Raul and his team are amazing! We worked almost exclusively with Raul, and we truly cannot say enough great things about him. Throughout the entire booking process, he was quick to respond to emails and calls, always available to accommodate the many changes we made, and consistently offered thoughtful advice — all before the wedding even happened. His attention to detail and budget-conscious recommendations helped make our wedding as incredible as it was. One of the biggest things we appreciated was the transparency around pricing. At other venues, we often felt overwhelmed by costly "upgrades," but at Eagle Glen, we found that: a) there wasn’t much that needed upgrading because everything was already beautiful, and b) many upgrades were already included in the base package. On the wedding day: The photos at this venue turned out stunning. We did have an unexpected guest — the wind (you are in the canyons!) — but it was totally manageable. And honestly, when it wasn’t too strong, it made my veil look incredible in the photos. Raul and his team were phenomenal on the day of the wedding. They kept everything running smoothly and made sure that both my husband and I were well-fed and hydrated — with both drinks and alcohol! The value we got for the price was unbeatable, and we have zero regrets. We chose to do outside catering (yes, Eagle Glen allows it!), so we can’t comment on the in-house food, but the bar service and drinks were fantastic. We loved having our ceremony outside and the reception indoors. The transition was seamless, thanks to Raul and his team. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the area was and how stunning both the ceremony site and the venue looked. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The planning process was super well organized and Shannon brought so many great fresh ideas to our pre-existing vision, while simultaneously incorporating and up-leveling ideas we brought to the table. The vendor connections including everything from furniture, to bar service, DJs and more were perfect for our event and we would never have been able to find services anywhere near the level of quality she brought without her help. The food, (shoutout James Madison Catering) was especially amazing and had all of our guests raving. “We just had our wedding a few days ago on Thursday and it was hands down amazing. We could not have asked for a better executed experience. Iveth was an amazing day of coordinator. Everyone loved the food and Kyle our DJ kept the party going smoothly. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking to have a smooth wedding for a good price. We had about 55 people and it all looked great. All the in-house vendors are excellent at communication and if you have any issues the staff at the Orchard can easily help you out.
