Mind Body Badass brings private yoga, pilates and sound bath sessions straight to your Airbnb to help you and your wedding crew reconnect, recharge, and feel amazing! Whether you're hoping to start your wedding day off with an intentional yoga ceremony or recover with a flow during your bachelorette weekend, our sessions are inclusive, beginner-friendly, feel-good, and totally customized to your group's vibe. We handle the setup (including yoga mats), curate the playlist, and snap plenty of pics along the way so you can actually enjoy the moment. No stress, no pressure—just one unforgettable badass experience everyone will love!

    The perfect way to start my wedding day!

    Amy was wonderful! I hired Mind Body Badass to lead a private yoga class for the morning of my wedding for me and my bridesmaids and family. It was super special and a great way to start a very busy day. Highly recommend!

    Best yoga sessions I have ever come across.

    Mind body badass has been making bachelorette parties across southern California happier. They excell in making you feel seen and taken care of. The flow of the class is for all levels and it made us feel mentally and physically amazing. I would definitely be a regular if I could. Amy is the best, thank you !!

    We had such a wonderful experience working with Mindbody Badass for a private yoga session during our retreat! Amy, the owner, was incredibly responsive, professional, helpful, and friendly from start to finish. She was so accommodating and patient with us as a few details changed at the last minute. Most importantly, our clients absolutely loved Amy’s energy and her session. She created a welcoming, positive atmosphere that was the perfect fit for our group and complemented our retreat beautifully.     We loved Mind Body Badass! Shannon came out to us in Temecula for yoga one morning on my friend's bachelorette. Yoga was one of our fave parts of the trip! It was an amazing start to our day. Shannon kept the pace of the class at a gentle flow which was what we wanted, and she was so warm and welcoming! And Amy, the owner, was so easy to work with via e-mail and was an amazing and quick communicator! 100% recommend!

    Ashley was our instructor and had such a cute beach yoga set up for my sister’s bachelorette! She and Amy made coordinating so effortless. I highly recommend this for a fun bachelorette activity!
