Built in 1884, located in Downtown Cameron, Texas, The Venue at Railfan bring an elegant chic ambiance with exposed brick, elegant chandeliers and grand staircase. It is fully climate controlled, with a commercial kitchen, ample onsite parking and seating for up to 350. The Venue hosts Weddings, Corporate Parties, Quinceaneras, Celebration of Life and other large events.

Built-in 1925, in the grand architectural style of Beaux-Arts Classical Revival, the Simon Theatre provided a splendid setting for many theatrical performances, film screenings and ballroom dances. The James Simon family commissioned Houston architect Alfred C. Finn, whose career included designing a number of prominent Houston buildings as well as the San Jacinto Monument, to design the theatre for the community of Brenham. Today, after a meticulous million-plus dollar renovation, the glamour and grand style lives on for future generations in the newly named Barnhill Center at Historic Simon Theatre. We believe each wedding deserves our full atteintion so we book only one wedding per weekend. whether the wedding is large (up to 250 guests) or small (as few as 24), we promise to give you and your guests the five-star hospitality and service we are known for. Because of this undivided attention, all our packages include guaranteed rehearsal time the day before, all day set up the day of, clean up the day after and on-site management for the duration of your event. As a small boutique hotel, overnight guest rooms can be added to any package! This makes day of preparations a breeze when everyone is in one place - no can be late or get lost! A private breakfast is included each morning for everyone staying and our Grand Hall makes the perfect gathering spot for your famly and friends to get aquainted over the weekend!

Our lodging options allow for a “destination” gathering place! You’ll find a beautiful and inviting space for rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour separate from our large capacity venue building. The venue will be able to accommodate any size wedding; large or small. A beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by gorgeous trees will make for a stunning and intimate location for your vows.
