Even when I had to adjust the menu to our budget Jenifer was understanding and so sweet with me! She made sure I had everything we needed and we had everything in order for the big day! The food itself was phenomenal and set up so incredibly! I am still getting compliments about the shrimp Chef Robee prepared for our wedding! Thank you again! Melissa has catered many world-class events all over the US, including a plated dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. Melissa is of course known for barbecue but can cater any cuisine, especially southern and Italian favorites. She and her daughter, Lauren, recently studied at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy.
