We provide everything from limited service options up to all inclusive options and we work with your budget to find the perfect package for you. Parkside is perfect for your event! Rustic charm in the heart of Gainesville Options for 10-200 guests. Perfect for weddings, engagement parties, meetings, and more. The Depot Event Space is situated in the historic heart of Gainesville, at Depot Park. The building was placed on the US National Register of Historic Places in 1996. The Depot began in August of 2016, and has rapidly grown into a desirable destination for weddings, reunions, birthday parties and more.

This traditional colonial building was built in 1926 and known as the Riverside Mormon Church. The Junior League of Jacksonville purchased the building in 1979 and by 1980, we opened our facilities to the community and its many organizations. The Riverside House offers its board room, auditorium, reception hall and kitchen to the public. It is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions and provides a beautiful atmosphere for any celebration.

San Marco Preservation Hall, a registered historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved across the St. Johns River and eventually made its way to scenic Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard. Preservation Hall was renovated by and is operated by the San Marco Preservation Society (SMPS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized for the preservation and promotion of the San Marco neighborhood, which celebrates its centennial in 2025.
