“Our big day could not have gone better, and we owe so much of that to the incredible team at Crystal Springs! From the very beginning, Cameron was instrumental in helping us secure an amazing deal and a comprehensive package that offered incredible value. Nikki provided expert guidance during our initial planning meeting, and Lindsay was a total rockstar, she was with us every step of the way, from the early planning stages to being our seamless Day-of Coordinator. We also want to give a special shout-out to Megan, who was in training on our wedding day but handled everything with such grace and care that you’d never have known she was still learning the ropes! The entire team ensured that every detail of our vision made sense and offered constant reassurance whenever we had questions or "wedding jitters" during the process. One of the biggest highlights was their quick thinking when our family arrived at the venue earlier than expected; they jumped in immediately with a creative solution to make sure the bride wasn't seen before our first-look photos! We also truly appreciated their flexibility, as they allowed us to bring in boba as a secondary sweet treat without any additional charges. Our guests loved it, and it was such a meaningful personal touch to have included. We are so grateful to the Crystal Springs team for making our wedding day so joyful and stress-free!”

“We had the absolute best experience with Fairview Laguna Seca! From the very beginning, Danielle was the reason we fell in love with the venue, her energy, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel so confident in our decision. When she transitioned out of her role, we were a little anxious, but then Melissa came in and completely blew us away. Melissa worked with us through the last 6 months of planning and was nothing short of incredible. She listened to every idea, every concern, and somehow made everything happen exactly how we envisioned it. She always made us feel heard, never overwhelmed, and her calm, organized energy was everything we needed. On the day of the wedding, she was a total rockstar. She kept everything running smoothly and still managed to check in with us, make us laugh, and reassure us that everything was under control. We honestly don't know what we would’ve done without her! Amber joined the team just days before the wedding, but you’d never know it. She was so on top of things and jumped right in like she had been with us the whole time. Matt was also amazing, he made sure the day flowed perfectly and kept everything on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. The food was delicious and there was so much of it, our guests are still talking about it! The bartending team was fast, friendly, and so easy to work with. Everyone from the Fairview Laguna Seca team went above and beyond to make our day feel special and stress-free. Our DJ, Ernesto, did an incredible job! He stuck to the vibe we wanted, played every request we had, and kept the dance floor going all night long. And the FLORALS … wow. D'Lily's absolutely nailed it. Every arrangement was stunning, fresh, and picture-perfect. They truly brought our vision to life. We can’t thank the entire Fairview Laguna Seca team enough. Our wedding was a dream, and it's all because of the amazing people who made it happen!”

“The Ranch at Silver Creek is an amazing venue. Wedgewood allows you to customize every aspect of your event. You can make it as simple, or as complicated, as you'd like. We erred on the side of simpler, but added components that suited our style. As the title says, The Ranch is a one-stop-shop (if you want it to be). They have florals, catering, decor, photographer, and entertainment all covered through various vendors that work closely with Wedgewood. Our focus was ensuring our guests had a great experience, and we're a food and drinks type of couple. Open bar? Check. Table wine and champagne? Eh, no thanks. Got some credit back from that. Pick and choose what fits your style. They make it easy. For example, they have plenty of in-house dessert and treat options available post dinner. Nothing appealed to us, so we brought our own donuts and cupcakes. They even handled the set up. No charge (we did have to bring our own stands, however). We brought our desserts the day off, handed them off, and never saw them again until dinner service started. All perfectly set up. We also love tacos, so we asked if we could have our favorite taco truck show up an hour before our event ended. Not a problem. Bri, our coordinator, took care of all the logistics. There are some things that aren't provided by the venue, of course, but Wedgewood did a great job listing everything we needed. Even when we weren't sure (since we never gave it a thought), we made a note to come back to it, and figured it out by the next meeting. No pressure to decide. And that's probably the root of why we enjoyed this venue: during the night of the wedding, we never worried about any details. The coordinators ensured everything is sorted and decided beforehand during the few scheduled (but productive!) meetings. We filled in the blanks, and they made it happen. The staff are perhaps the kindest, most caring people I have ever met. They want to ensure your night is memorable, and they are darn good at it.”

Bendiciones”

I can't begin to tell you how accommodating the event staff, AV staff, Catering staff, Front Desk, Housekeeping Staff were. Everyone pitched in to make my wedding a dream co e true. Their communication between each department, between my wedding coordinator and myself was above board. The buffet meal was great, presentation was great and set up. We even had a staff member come in on their day off to make sure everything was perfect. Rooms were very clean, well stocked and anything we needed in the room was provided right away. Can't say enough from myself and the compliments I received from my guest. Bravo Cheryl”

“The Pearl will forever hold a special place in the hearts of myself and my husband. It was the first venue we toured and we knew right away it was going to make for such a special wedding day. We are now 2 days post wedding and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The entire planning process was a breeze thanks to Carrie. All of our guests raved abut how amazing it was that the ceremony and reception were at the same location! We did our ceremony on the roof, as well as our cocktail hour on the roof. Then we had guests walk downstairs to our reception area. The bartenders were incredible and did a fantastic job keeping our 130 guests well fueled. We hired Melons Catering, a caterer on The Pearl's short list of caterers, who absolutely knocked it out of the park when it came to the food. Guests couldn't stop talking about the quality and service of dinner! We are over the moon with how our wedding went and have zero bad things to say about The Pearl, or anyone who works there. If you're looking for a venue that screams urban city, but green and organic as well... look no further, as The Pearl can do it all. 10/10 recommend!!”

“The Omni made an incredible first impression on us. It’s a beautiful & grand space, but there was something very comfortable about it at the same time. That’s mainly due to Jano Paredes, our event coordinator. He was so welcoming & genuinely passionate about creating a special event for us. We toured two other venues, Julia Morgan & Webster Hall. While these two venues are beautiful, there weren’t nearly as caring or appreciative of our business as the Omni. The Omni made the stressful planning process enjoyable (we planned it in about 3 months!) & they were understanding when we had last minute changes & requests. They were also very flexible throughout the wedding planning. They even swapped out some of the beer in their package so they could bring in brands we liked better. Amanda Maggard is amazing. She managed the accommodations for all the guests. Many of our guests also commented on how incredible the check-in was. It was rainy that weekend, so the Omni was quick to offer complimentary umbrellas. They even gave each guest a free drink voucher at the hotel bar! Amanda also made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable in the Presidential Suite, complete with champagne, ice buckets, & several glasses for my visitors. It’s a lovely space to take getting-ready pictures. I was originally worried the grand ballroom wasn’t going to fit our vision & was torn on using the same space for the ceremony & reception (they have another room available if you’d prefer not to do this), but it was gorgeous! The spaces felt totally unique between the ceremony & the reception. The grand ballroom really provides a blank slate to create something beautiful & it can be difficult to appreciate when it’s completely empty. The mezzanine where the cocktail hour was held is beautiful & needs no additional decorations & the dim sum buffet was a huge hit. Guests loved the reception dinner menu. We went with a plated dinner selection of sea bass, chicken, or oyster mushrooms. The crab soup was delicious & by far the most popular. The passion fruit cheesecake was exceptional, but we also offered our guests a lovely Marjolaine cake slice. Later that evening, the Presidential suite where I initially got ready was transformed into our honeymoon suite. We were greeted with chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, & two custom Omni robes with our initials embroidered on them (my new initials since I was changing my name). It was so touching that it brought tears to our eyes. The Financial District was the optimal neighborhood to host our wedding. It was very safe & picturesque. We had a several family members nervous about coming to San Francisco because of the negative media coverage, but they all fell in love with the city by the end of the weekend. I know Webster Hall wouldn’t have given us the same treatment (they didn’t seem to care if they had our business or not). Julia Morgan was wonderful, but with the Omni, we just had a feeling we’d be in the best possible hands by people who genuinely cared, & we were right. Now, we love the Omni so much that we had Valentine’s Day at Monte’s two weeks after our wedding & the hotel surprised us with dessert & champagne, as well as a card signed by their staff congratulating us on our wedding. It’s a bar we now frequent because of the quality of service, food/drinks, & of course, our wonderful memories there. The Omni was the absolute best decision of our entire wedding.”

“We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Palace Theater. It’s such a unique and beautiful venue, with something for everyone. We wanted ourselves and our guests to get to enjoy ourselves the way each person wants to, and that is absolutely the experience we had. Our guests were blown away by the environment and range of vibes/activities. The best way we could describe it is fun. We literally have pictures of our guests with jaws dropped as they walked into the cabaret and they learned there was more to the venue. The drinks are excellent and the food options are amazing, we loved supporting other local businesses. Between the cabaret, the casino, the jazz bar, the speakeasy within the speakeasy, the photo booth, and the tarot reader, there’s nothing we would change if we were to do it again. Theres such a range of offerings that you can customize to make it your own. The team there is amazing to work and ideate with in setting up the wedding of our dreams. It felt like they were genuinely having fun planning it with us. Damaris and Geoff were awesome. Also, they have a package that can add an external day-of planner from a partner company, and since we did our ceremony elsewhere, this was huge for making our day perfect and stress-free. Our guests still tell us about how much they loved the experience. We had such an incredible time. Our wedding really felt like it fit us, if you’re looking to have a wedding or event that feels more like you, this is the place to do it.”

“Went to a wedding at Rick & Roxy’s and it was honestly one of the coolest wedding venues I’ve been to. What made it different was having two completely different spaces in one place. Rick’s side was great early in the night with good drinks, easy to talk with others, and a really cool atmosphere to hang out and catch up with people. The craft cocktails were surprisingly legit. Then once things shifted over to the Roxy’s side, the whole vibe changed. It felt more clubby which was my type of vibe then a generic wedding venue dancefloor. People that normally don’t dance ended up staying on the floor. It never felt overly formal or forced just a really fun night with a great flow from cocktails to party mode. If you want a wedding venue that people actually remember and talk about after, this place nails it.”

“We hosted our wedding at the Presidio Officers' Club and had truly the most special, incredible day of our lives. It was clean, well-organized, with delicious food and friendly staff. Not to mention, the planning team at the Presidio, through Wedgewood Weddings, was truly best-in-class. Wedgewood prepared us so well, providing a planning binder and step-by-step instructions. They checked in with us multiple times, providing walk-throughs, and answering every question extremely promptly. We especially loved our planner and day-of coordinator, Christian, who went out of his way to make everything so seamless. Christian taught us how to do our ceremony, including little details such as hand placement, went out of his way to accommodate a creative painting engagement, and provided private time for us newlyweds. He was perfect! So grateful to this beautiful venue and our wonderful team. We will treasure our experience with Wedgewood forever.”

“This review is long overdue as my wedding was in September of 2025, but it is SO warranted! I could not have asked for a better experience than having my wedding at the Presidio Golf Course. Kat and her team were a DREAM to work with. I had no formal planner, and yet, I don't think I needed one due to the amazing help of Kat. We hired her to be our day of coordinator, but truly, she did so much more than this. From the beginning tour, I knew that the Presidio was the right choice (and I toured 20 other venues)! Everything felt so smooth in the lead up, we were given time to come to the venue the day before to practice so we could have our nerves a bit assuaged the day of, and then the wedding day... I truly can say that I would change nothing! The night before the wedding I somehow managed not to sleep at all, and arriving at the venue I was feeling a bit low energy and hungry. Before anything even started, Kat had the head chef make me a bowl of buttered noodles and a coffee, and I knew that I had made the right choice. It comfortably fit our whole guest count which was somewhere in the 160 range and with various packages to choose from, this still felt like an affordable option for the city. The baby Guinness shots, the personal note to congratulate us on being married, the golf cart to sweep us away for pictures in the fog - I don't plan on getting married again, but if I ever need to, the good thing is I won't have to do any planning, because I would choose this venue time and time again. Save yourself the time and energy and stress of finding a venue, and just choose the Presidio and Kat and her team!”

“We loved working with the log cabin for our wedding! We moved out of the country shortly after getting engaged and I’m so glad we found Wedgewood weddings! Planning was super easy and they made sure every aspect was easy to plan but could also be made exactly how we wanted it. Their venue is GORGEOUS- you cannot beat the bridge view in the background of our ceremony! And their food was DELICIOUS, even buffet skeptics LOVED the food. And their florist, cake, and DJ vendors were fabulous. The log cabin was well worth the money spent- they made our big day even better than we could have hoped and they also made it so easy for us.”

“We had our wedding at the Lake Temescal Beach house, and had to wrap up by early evening - so we needed an afterparty venue! Phoenix is right down the street and turned out to be a perfect fit. We rented their gallery space as well as the main space, which gave our guests the opportunity for some scenery change and conversation - and everyone stayed til we had to kick them out at midnight! Lighting, decor, size and shape of the space - all were totally perfect. Saskia was accommodating and eager to host us; she was enthusiastic about our plan and gave us great recommendations - how to set up the space, vendors to bring in (the taco truck was essential), and fun props and essentials for totally reasonable rental rates. We never felt pushed, upsold, or like we needed to shy away from the kind of party we wanted to have. We had a great DJ set and karaoke til midnight. Even our photographer who said he'd stay til nine was still dancing and partying when we gave everyone the boot. So fun. Highly recommend.”
