After graduation I moved to the Duluth area and after a few months was hired on by the previous owner of How Sweet It Is, Eileen Brown. I worked for her for a year and half and then took over the business as it's new owner in 2019. Little had I known when I first started the passion I would find for the work. Now at 26 I can't imagine having another career. I love the creativity I get to use from the starting process of baking to completing the cake with design. I get to spend my days utilizing my degree in ways I didn't imagine and enhancing my passion cake by cake.

“We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks. These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”

“Bebe Zito is one of my favorite ice cream places in the Twin Cities, so of course I had to have Bebe Zito catering for my wedding! Haleigh, their catering person, was so easy to work with. We did an ice cream tasting and picked 4 flavors for our big day. We decided to do an ice cream sundae for our "cake cutting," but they also have ice cream cake options. Haleigh and another scoop artist came to our venue with an adorable sign, a cooler full of ice cream, and a bunch of toppings, cups, cones, and color-changing spoons. The ice cream was such a huge hit, and we loved sharing our favorite sweet treat with our friends and family.”
