“We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)”

I appreciated how she was so organized, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She regularly kept me updated on different promotions to help us stay within budget, which I really appreciated. One of the coolest parts of this experience was being able to choose my own color scheme and she designed the flowers exactly how I envisioned them. I highly recommend checking out their reference photos on Instagram or Facebook, because it really helped me get a sense of the floral styles I liked. On my wedding day, she came in while we were getting ready and set everything up beautifully. She even sent me photos during setup to confirm I liked the placement. “Dana is amazing!!! She is so talented and made my floral experience completely seamless. When I was shopping around, I talked to a lot of really amazing and talented florists, but Dana stood out because of her drive, professionalism, and her understanding of my vision. Of note, I was between DM Events and one other vendor for my florals (he was recommended by my venue) and when I had one of my calls with him, I was quoted almost three times the price that Dana had quoted me. When I mentioned that, this vendor told me that "if I could get it for less, go with the other vendor." He genuinely didn't believe that I could have gotten what I was looking for at a lower price point. My flower delivery the day of was timely, professional, and once again, totally seamless. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and many of my guests commented about how beautiful they were. We knew the floral aesthetic were going to be a key to bring component for bringing to life the centering our BIG Black Queer Love. Since it was a very intentional Black queer celebration honoring our love and commitment, the floral choices and expertise Andrew brought was the linchpin to success, from the very beginning with our first "Get-to-know-each-other" call throughout the process including a venue walk-through up right through the big day. He ensured each detail of our wedding arrangements conveyed our intention while centering our rustic elegant color palette -- a compliment to the autumnal mountain backdrop and made us feel so seen. The impeccable creativity Andrew brought to our more traditional accents -- the bridal bouquet and boutonniere, reception harlow stands -- were equally as elevated and aesthetically eye-dropping the energetic accents and more customized requests -- our flower-adorned chuppah, the ceremony wagon for the flower girl, and the floral chandelier. Andrew's energy is infectious and his preparation and seamless operation always gave us one less thing to worry about during the planning process. He uses an online system to track all exchanges and works with you to find inspirational images to ensure what you imagined is what will transpire on the day of. “We had a July 2024 wedding at a small but a classy place. We also used them for the rehearsal dinner. I had a vision and we used a lot of flowers and candles. Working with Em was so amazing and it was a great experience. Normally, I kept going back and forth on certain things, and adding or removing items. “Luci is an ARTIST! I knew I had to have her for my wedding in Spain and she really outdid herself! I had a VERY specific vision for my flowers but I also wanted them to be a bit of a surprise and let Luci's artful side shine to create something unique for my day (an impossible combination, I know) but Luci made it happen! My flower arrangements and bouquet were artful, luxurious, and made my wedding level up completely. I also loved her personality and professionalism, she's such a joy to be around. “My husband and I worked with Nkusu and her team for our wedding in May 2025 and absolutely loved it! Firstly, they brought our vision to life and made the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces so beautiful. I was also blown away by the bouquet for both myself and my bridesmaids. Admittedly, I know very little about flowers so I was very nervous and intimidated by the thought of working with a florist, however, Nkusu is one of the kindest souls I know and made the process so easy and enjoyable.
