Hi. I’m Emily. Mother, wife, and baker. I was diagnosed with psoriasis over 8 years ago shortly before discovering my husband could not tolerate any grains. While this time was rather difficult attempting to maneuver life with “dietary restrictions,” it was also a pivotal moment where I decided to continue making all the things I love (yes I have a sweet tooth). I embarked on an 8 year journey trying all the flours and substitutes in all my cherished recipes. I have found what works without compromising taste and texture. Fast forward three kids later who also deal with dairy, nut and gluten intolerances and I think I have found what works.

My goal is to make dreams come true for couples who are wildly in love.
