I have a degree in Visual Art, but I have been fascinated by photography since I was 14 years old. I moved to the United States from Poland when I was just 16. I created my first photography business in 2010 where I shot moody and aesthetic self-portraits that I later sold as prints. I also designed logos and CD covers for bands. While this time was rather difficult attempting to maneuver life with “dietary restrictions,” it was also a pivotal moment where I decided to continue making all the things I love (yes I have a sweet tooth). I embarked on an 8 year journey trying all the flours and substitutes in all my cherished recipes. I have found what works without compromising taste and texture.
