I graduated from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) in May of 2021 and through my degree, I also earned my Professional Event Management Certificate. During my sophomore year of college, I knew I wanted to become an event planner and worked a variety of events throughout my 3 years at A&M. I quickly knew weddings were what I wanted to do. Soon after, Lien committed herself to her career by pursuing classes taught by florist Frankie Shelton, AIFD, & became a certified Texas Floral Designer & member of the American Institute of Floral Designers. She then launched her dream business in 2006, Prestige Events. It began as a small flower shop but evolved into a thriving business. Shortly after opening, she added a linen department, lighting, props & much more.
