Cooking and creating meals for others has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together. I love food because it connects people and helps create memories that will last a lifetime. As lead Chef, I set out to start Carolina & Foods After my culinary journey around the world and after networking and putting the right team in place we were able to get the ball rolling having done almost 300+ events both in LA and around the world.
