The Red Stag opened on November 19th, 2007 as the first LEED-CI registered restaurant project in Minnesota. 612Brew is a locally owned craft brewery tucked in the corner of the historic Broadway Building in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis. The brewery focuses on producing interesting and balanced beers in a inviting atmosphere, poured by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The taproom and private rental space have both been recently renovated and offer plenty of room for you and all your closest friends. The interpretive center has several rooms and spaces available to rent for meetings, wedding receptions, galas, company events, birthday parties, family reunions and more! The multipurpose room can be split into three smaller spaces (Aspen, Oak and Willow), two larger rooms or left as one large room. The interpretive center also has a smaller, separate conference room, an exhibit space and a patio space that are available to rent.

Urban Growler Brewing is a wedding and rehearsal dinner venue located in a secluded industrial neighborhood in St. Paul. The historic building which was once home to St. Paul’s police horses is now transformed into Minnesota’s first woman owned brewery. Both the Hayloft and the Barrel Room are versatile spaces for your rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, wedding ceremony, reception, elopement after-party, and morning brunch! The space requires minimal decor with its rich textures and warm lighting. Use our on site catering or choose to bring in your own. For centuries, the beauty and natural treasures of the St. Croix Valley have drawn people to the area which is now Stillwater. The first to call this area home were the Sioux and Chippewa Nations. Later, the first traders and trappers in Minnesota Territory settled here. By the mid 1880’s, railroading and river activity helped build the community into a bustling town of 13,000 people. Stillwater became the trade center for miners and trappers to the North, and farmers and lumbermen to the West. The Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad eventually saw a need for a freight depot. In 1979, the historical significance of the building was recognized and the Freight House became the first building in Stillwater to be placed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
