Aurelia K Photography
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $7,500
  • Serves Big Arm, MT

Hey! I'm Aurelia! I am a natural light wedding photographer based in Western Montana with a love for the golden sunsets, the wild west & all things travel. I am ready to be your new bestie all while capturing your unique love story through my lens, anywhere your love takes you. Let's adventure together! It is super important to me that my photos capture true emotion + connection with you + your lover.

Before we were even engaged, we reached out to Aurelia, hoping she'd be available for an elopement the following year. Her incredible portfolio gave us a strong gut feeling—we knew we had to get on her books before we made it official. From our very first conversation, we felt at ease. Despite being total strangers and miles apart, there was an immediate sense that she was the right person to authentically capture our special day. What we didn’t realize at the time was that we weren’t just hiring a photographer—we were gaining an advocate, a guide, and someone who truly cared about our experience. Eloping in a state we don’t live in came with its challenges, but Aurelia was there every step of the way. She was quick to respond to every question and hurdle, including coordinating a backup florist at the last minute when our original one failed to respond the night before the wedding. We were also lucky enough to have Aurelia take our engagement photos a few months before the big day. As two people who don’t naturally feel comfortable in front of a camera, we hoped this would help us ease into things. But what truly made the difference wasn’t the extra session—it was Aurelia’s gift for capturing candid, genuine moments without making us feel overly posed. When we sent her a Pinterest board of ideas, she went above and beyond—showing up prepared with props, and even driving a vintage car down a dirt road to bring our vision to life. Leading up to our wedding day, Aurelia created a thoughtful and organized timeline that we shared with our loved ones. Thanks to her preparation, everyone was on the same page, allowing us to stay present and on track to capture all the moments that mattered most. For my husband, the idea of six hours of photos initially sounded like a nightmare. But by the end of the day, he said, “That was the most fun I’ve had in a while—and my favorite memory with you, even more than traveling the world.” That sentiment is entirely thanks to Aurelia. She made the experience feel completely tailored to us, turning even the most photographed spots in West Glacier into something that felt uniquely ours. We truly cannot rave about Aurelia enough. We look forward to any excuse to travel to Montana again—just to have her capture all of life’s future milestones.

I was very pleased with my experience with Something Borrowed Blooms! The flowers were quality silk, unlike typical fake flowers these felt and even smelled like flowers!! I enjoyed not having to waste flowers the day after our wedding, I could send them back in for the next bride! If I had not gone with something borrowed we likely would have make our own flower arrangements. I was nervous about not knowing how those would look until the day of. I loved knowing EXACTLY what my flowers would look like on my wedding day. They were gorgeous! The customer service was never lacking! My shipment was delayed by a day but the team was quick to respond to my nerves insuring me they would over night a replacement box if needed. We highly recommend!

We chose one of the more basic options because of our color scheme but there were so many more stunning, fun and colorful options out there as well! We used them for the bouquets and boutonnieres and it made life so easy. No need to worry about the flowers staying alive or getting water stains on your dresses. We had everything in bins ready to go before wedding day. Great pricing. The bouquets are so full and you can see the thought that goes into choosing the colors, type, and placement of each flower. I was so grateful to have found Jen while going through our flower-picking-process. We got a quote for real flowers to start and it was way out of our budget. When we started looking for 'fake' flowers, I knew I wanted them to look as real as possible. I must have looked at 10 different vendors across CT and MA, and as soon as I saw Wood & Word Blooms website I was sold! Her bouquets are one of a kind, each and every piece was perfect for our wedding. She was so supportive and helpful in the color picking process, I changed my mind a few times but she never batted an eye. She got us to the finish line and we couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence, just go with Jen!

She stayed in communication with me, the other vendors, and her own team flawlessly, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not only was everything organized and efficient, but it was also fun! Our whole wedding party had a great time making jokes and messing around with the photographers, and seeing them have fun made the whole vibe a lot better. I was blown away by how well they captured our love story. From our first look to the last dance, everything is documented beautifully. They caught so many moments that felt private but special, like us whispering during the ceremony. The photos glow with emotion. The video is even better, we watch it constantly. They blended in so well I barely noticed them there, but the results are incredible. I was so nervous about being on camera but they made me feel calm. The family portraits came out amazing too, not stiff like I worried. My friends said the photos look like magazine spreads. I love that they included little things like our rings on the Bible. Every detail feels intentional. I couldn’t be happier with what we got.

Hi, I’m Isaac. In my world, light is everything. The cool ambient hues at dawn, hinting at what the day may bring. Golden sun rays catching particles through a tree as friends gathers to celebrate. A Cotton candy sunset peppered by patio string-lights as a DJ plays my favorite song. We all have timeless memories logged in our minds. For me, they are based in a language of light. As a wedding photographer, this deep connection to special lighting helps me produce dynamic visual stories of romance, personality and beauty.

Awarded Best of Zola
From the moment we met Isaac, we knew we were in the best hands. He has an incredibly calming presence and a natural way of making you feel comfortable, which meant we were able to be fully present on our wedding day. Our Sonoma farm wedding unfolded with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner reception, followed by music and festivities in the barn. Isaac captured every moment with such artistry and intention. The images feel effortless yet elevated as every frame tells a story, from quiet, emotional moments to the joy and movement of our guests celebrating into the night. The photographs from our first dance in the barn truly took our breath away. The way Isaac used the natural light, textures of the wood, and atmosphere of the space made the images feel cinematic and timeless. Working with Isaac was seamless, professional, thoughtful, and genuinely joyful. Looking through our gallery feels like reliving the day exactly as it felt. The images are beautiful, emotional, and full of life. We are endlessly grateful for his vision and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone dreaming of a wedding that feels both authentic and artfully captured.

I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

Hi! I'm Amy Ronk, a photographer currently based in Colorado, USA. After attending photography school, weddings kind of stole my heart. I love love of every kind, and it's always such an honor to be considered to capture your wedding day. I focus mainly on candid moments, and showcasing the emotions of the day. I think it's important to walk away from your wedding with timeless, beautiful photos that will remind you just how special your day was.

We cannot say enough positive things about Amy! She is not only an amazing photographer and artist, but also an absolute gem of a person. She did our engagement and wedding photos, and we loved every second of working with her. We were planning everything from out of state, which can be a challenge, but she made it easy and stress-free. Amy was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, and you could tell she was genuinely excited to be working with us and be a part of our special day. Our first time meeting her in person was during our engagement photo session and we instantly felt comfortable with her. As for the pictures, we absolutely loved them! They exceeded all expectations, and we cannot stop looking at them. Our jaws dropped with each one when looking at them for the first time. Her skills are incredible, and we could not believe the pictures were ours. She has a special eye for getting the perfect angle, backdrop, lighting, etc. She also gets a good mixture of the typical posed pictures, but also capturing raw emotions. We would definitely recommend her and hope to get pictures with her again someday!

I’ve always been awkward in front of the camera, but they made me feel so confident and relaxed. The directions were easy, and they hyped me up the whole time! My bridesmaids kept saying how fun the photoshoot felt. You can literally see the joy in every shot. I didn’t think photos could show energy like that. The results blew my mind, especially the black and white ones. I’m seriously obsessed.

MSMP Media was the perfect choice for our wedding. Beyond the fact that their editing style was what we were looking for with bright photos, their team was incredible. We had the pleasure of working with their West Michigan Team. Jordan was fantastic and even got me a small birthday gift because my wedding was on my birthday! It was small details like this that really made our experience so great. She was great at getting us ready for photos with great directions. None of the wedding party were huge "photo" people, but she made us feel comfortable to allow for such great photos. Her eye for shots was fantastic. We have gotten so many compliments on our photos from everyone that we have shared them with! Beyond the photos themselves and the actual wedding day, Marisa had great communication. We received sneak peak photos within a day of the wedding and had the entire album less than a month out of the wedding. From what we have been told, this is a great timeline. We are so happy to have booked MSMP!
