Not only are all of our packages and menus able to be personalized & interchanged based on your personal preferences and needs, but we can also add items to your menu (a family recipe, for instance) to fit your menu vision. Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Winners of "Best in Show" and "Best Entrée" at Taste of Western Lancaster County 2025 for our brisket, pulled pork and peach cobbler!

My name is Jozay and I'm the owner of Basilico Boards Charcuterie & Catering. I'm a wife, mama & multi-business owner; Pennsylvania born and raised! Basilico Boards was created out of my love for food, my years of experience in the industry, including owning a pizzeria alongside my husband for five years, and wanting to connect & serve people throughout Central Pennsylvania.

I am second generation catering company. Everything I know I learned working side by side with my father day in and out. I hope to do the same with my children one day. I truly love my job, on wedding days you can find me sobbing in the back as the happy couple says "I do". It is truly rewarding to be able to watch my clients commit to one another on a daily basis. That being said I know how stressful wedding planning can be and I strive to take away as much of that stress as possible.

Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
