La Hacienda Venue Rancho Los Rojas
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
Pass Christian, MS
  • Up to 500 guests
  • Select services
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $2,500

La Hacienda Venue was born from fifteen years of a dream and the courage to build something entirely new It started simply: Hector Rojas acquired a piece of land on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, built one cabin, and began working with his first horse. From there grew something no one had seen in Mississippi before, the first Lienzo Charro in the state, a traditional Mexican-style arena where bull riding and the art of coleadería brought hundreds of families for celebration, competition, and community. When that chapter closed in May 2024, Hector didn’t walk away from the land. He transformed it. In two years of construction and creative vision, the arena’s semi-circular grandstand became El Ruedo Pavilion, an elegant open-air banquet hall. The old horse stalls became La Casona, a beautiful five-bedroom guest house, and the El Palomar bridal suite above. El Quiosco del Amor was designed with inspiration from the ornate kiosks found in old Mexican town squares and haciendas.

“Our wedding at Chandelier Oaks was absolutely breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, everything was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The stunning décor, beautiful buildings, and gorgeous grounds made the entire venue feel like something out of a dream. Every little detail made our special day feel truly magical. Even though Mother Nature decided to send some rain our way, it honestly didn’t take away from the beauty or the joy of our day. If anything, it made the memories even more special. Mrs. Felia and Mr. Rob at Chandelier Oaks provided the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding, but what they gave us went far beyond a beautiful venue. They truly made us feel cared for and celebrated. Mrs. Felia knew how much our family loves Disney and went above and beyond by creating a breathtaking, hand-painted stained-glass backdrop especially for our bride and groom. It was such a beautiful and personal surprise. She is truly one talented lady!!! Our family and friends were absolutely speechless when they learned that it was all made by hand. It was one of those incredibly special details that we will never forget. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place for our bride and groom to begin this next chapter of their lives. The atmosphere, the grounds, the attention to detail, and the genuine care shown by the owners made our wedding truly unforgettable. We will cherish the memories we made at Chandelier Oaks for the rest of our lives. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is elegant, romantic, beautiful, and truly special—and owners who genuinely care about their brides and grooms and go above and beyond to make their day unforgettable—Chandelier Oaks is the place! We are beyond grateful that we chose this beautiful venue for our wedding day. Our hearts will always hold a special place for Chandelier Oaks!”

We got married under a huge, mossy oak tree, and held our reception on the patio deck that is built around cypress trees and right up on the Bayou (no mosquitos or bugs either!). The wedding coordinator there makes everything so easy and they help guide you along the way. There is a cottage on site you can rent to get ready in, which is so spacious and cute! We got on site at 8am, and didn't have to leave the property until post reception! I seriously couldn't have asked of a better experience and the best part is we get to go back for an anniversary dinner every year. I will always recommend this venue to anyone who asks. 10000/10!!!”

“They were helpful but some things were stressful for us. We paid for the house for the weekend and even paid for the extra room for the rehearsal dinner, and after the rehearsal dinner they wouldn’t let us set up for the reception. The day after the wedding they wouldn’t let us clean out the reception hall until 8am but checkout was at 11, so we were up at 6 just waiting around until we could go in at 8 to clean up. Shelby was extremely helpful and even gave us the nicer rehearsal room due to the heavy rain, but they did shoo us out right at the minute that it ended. I guess you get what you pay for when you have a wedding at a venue though. She answers all our questions and it was a beautiful venue and a beautiful house, but I do wish they had a little more leniency. Felt a little strict. But it was a beautiful venue. Wish we could’ve used the pool but the mosquitoes were too bad at night.”
