I was raised in a small community in Northern California. Like New Orleans, California is a place where fresh food is part of the culture. Paella is the national dish of Spain, blending visual beauty and taste. We bring the dish alive at private events, weddings, farmers markets and festivals. Our paellas are made with love to appreciate New Orleans culture; its tremendous bounty of seafood, love of a great party, and respect for tradition. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Being born in South America and Metairie, La native since the age of 3, I am a self taught chef who devotes her talents to Southern BBQ and Creole, Cajun infused world of cuisines with beautiful plates, simplistic flair and impeccable flavors. Growing up I have always been a person whose enjoyed great food. My aunt would always take me to 5-star restaurants in Beverly Hills. I never thought I would turn out to be a great cook, but my friends always seems to enjoy it. I met my husband in college and he played football, his favorite thing in the world was food. We now have three children and my favorite pass time is creating a great cuisine full of flavor. Growing up in California by way of Louisiana, Mexican, Soul Food, and Southern Cuisine are my most valued dishes.
